International Terminal Lounges

Istanbul Airport International Terminal has a variety of lounges on offer. Each one has a comfortable atmosphere and a wide range of amenities.

1. iGA International Lounge

• Location: International Terminal, beyond security, turn left after Passport Control, on the Mezzanine Level to the right.
• Capacity: 650 guests
• Hours of Operation: 24 Hours Daily, some complimentary services are only available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun).
• Services: Rest areas, Wi-Fi, bar area, open buffet and food & beverage area, recreational amenities, shower areas, prayer rooms and wudu/ablution areas, complimentary massage service, workstations, meeting rooms, flight information displays, children’s facilities, and fresh air terrace.
• Requirements: iGA Pass Card (Plus, Extra, and Premium), passengers of partner airlines, members of contracted travel programs (Priority Pass, Dragon Pass, High Pass, LoungeMe), iGA Daily Pass holders, passengers making individual purchases at the desk, passengers making digital purchases, passengers using the iGA Meet and Greet Service.

2. SkyTeam Lounge

• Location: International Terminal, West Wing, Level H
• Hours of Operation: 24 Hours Daily
• Services: Showers, free Wi-Fi, wheelchair access, quick meal, action station, appetizers, snacks, beer & wine, alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, flight monitor, TV room, newspapers & magazines.
• Access: First and Business Class passengers on a same-day international flight with a SkyTeam member airline (Elite Plus members and their guests also enjoy access on such flights).

3. Turkish Airlines Business Lounge

• Location: International Departures Floor, Airside, Opposite Gate E1
• Hours of Operation: 24 Hours Daily
• Services: Private suite rooms, shower facilities, relaxation room, workspace, mosque and ablution areas, worship spaces for other religions, children’s playground, Wi-Fi, and an open buffet offering Turkish and international cuisine.
• Access: Business Class passengers of Turkish Airlines or Star Alliance Member Airlines.

4. Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles Lounge

• Location: International Departures Floor, Airside, Opposite Gate C1
• Hours of Operation: 24 Hours Daily
• Capacity: 765 guests
• Services: Library, children’s playground, cinema, PressReader, meeting rooms, private suite rooms, shower facilities, open buffet (Turkish and international cuisine), Wi-Fi

Access & Requirements:

• Turkish Airlines Business Class passengers
• Star Alliance Gold members (1 guest in Economy Class on Turkish Airlines)
• Turkish Airlines Corporate Club cardholders (1 guest)
• Miles & Smiles Elite passengers in Economy Class on other Star Alliance airlines (including Elite Plus members with 1 guest)
• Star Alliance Gold members (1 guest in Economy Class on other Star Alliance airlines)
• Miles & Smiles Elite and Elite Plus passengers in Economy Class on Turkish Airlines (with a guest or family: spouse and children under 25, fee for children over 25)
• Passengers upgrading to Business Class on domestic flights are not eligible for free lounge service
• Since May 3, 2021, guests of Miles & Smiles Elite and Elite Plus card passengers can use Turkish Airlines lounges even if traveling on a different Star Alliance flight because of a rule change by Star Alliance.

5. Pop Up Lounge

• Location: International Departures Floor, Opposite Gate A5
• Hours of Operation: 24 Hours Daily
• Capacity: 54 guests
• Services: Wi-Fi, delicious snacks, hot & cold beverages, charging station, flight information display system, and TV
